• Payment Plan

Monthly installment payment available up to 1 month before departure.

• Refund Policy

5+ weeks before departure: 100% refund

4 weeks before departure: 75% refund

3 weeks before departure: 50% refund

2 weeks before departure: No refund

• Installment Payment Terms

Tour payments may be split into 2 installments.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 1 month before departure.If the second payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be cancelled.In this case, the initial payment is non-refundable.

• Minimum Participants

This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, guests may choose one of the following: 1) A full refund, or 2) A USD 400 travel credit toward a future tour.

• Korea–Japan Combined Tours

For bookings that include a Japan–Korea flight:Flight tickets are non-refundable once booked.Flight cancellation fees are subject to the airline's policy.

• Weather & Force Majeure

Tour schedules may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Partial refunds are not provided for itinerary changes or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
